  • Shipping & Delivery
      • We now offer FREE shipping on all domestic orders over $100.00. --CHRISTMAS SHIPPING 2016----For Domestic orders, if you place an order prior to 12 P.M. Pacific Standard Time on the 19th of December you will have your package by the 23rd.  All orders are shipped USPS 1-3 day Priority Mail.  We offer WORLDWIDE shipping using USPS Priority mail International.  Orders placed on a business day (Monday-Friday) prior to 12 P.M. Pacific Standard Time will ship the same day, subject to complete verification. Orders placed after 12 P.M. will ship the following business day at the latest, subject to complete verification.  Orders processed on the weekend will ship on the next business day (Monday).  Business days do not include weekends or US holidays.  Shipping times may very for personalized items, custom orders, out of stock/back-order or drop ship items (items shipped directly from the manufacturer or one of our partners). Shipping costs and duration will be chosen by the customer at the time of check out directly from USPS. All rates and delivery dates are guaranteed by USPS.  We are not responsible for associated costs or delays in shipping. We do offer FREE local pick-up. You have 7 days from date of purchase to pick up your item(s).  After 7 days your item(s) will be forfeited.
  • Privacy & Security
    • If you purchase a product from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).  We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders.  If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.  While making a purchase from Throwbacks NW, you are given the option to create a user name and password.  This user name and password functionality offers our customers the ability to quickly and easily proceed through the check out process on repeat visits.  We do not store your credit card information as part of this optional service.  There is also the option to receive our Email Newsletter updates.  If you choose to receive these you should expect weekly HTML newsletter content to arrive at the email address you provided with your purchase.  Throwbacks NW and our subsidiaries are the sole owner of the information collected on throwbacksnw.com.
  • Returns & Replacements
    • Returns will be processed up to 7 days from the date of receipt. If you are unhappy with your item you may return it to us for a full refund in store credit.  STORE CREDIT ONLY!!!!!  Returned items must be post marked within 7 days of date of receipt.  Cost of shipping will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued in the form of a coupon code. If you are the recipient of a gift, please provide your full name and email address.  Returns shipped more than 7 days after date of receipt will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.  Items returned in any other condition than they were shipped in will also not be accepted and returned to sender.  All head wear sales are FINAL.  All shoe sales are final.  All discounted or sale items are FINAL.

    • We've made online shopping easy! Just follow the steps below to locate and purchase your favorite products on our website.
      • Please Note: If you are experiencing difficulties submitting your order, email us at info@throwbacksnw.com or contact us at 1.206.402.4855 and describe the difficulties you are having.  A Customer Service Representative is available Monday-Sunday, 11:30am to 6:30pm Pacific Standard Time.  PLEASE BEWARE that our brick n' mortar & website mirror each other.  If an item sells in the store before we take it off the site, you may not get your item. In that case we will immediately refund your $ in full or give you the option to pick another item of equal or lesser value.
    • Payment, Pricing & Promotions
      • We accept most major credit cards and paypal as payment.  Promotional pricing is applied to items at the time of check out by way of special coupon codes.  We reserve the right to withhold discounts on items for any reason deemed fit. This is most often exercised in the case of consignment items.  If you are having trouble with a coupon code it is most likely a non applicable item.  Please read our promotional material carefully.  If you continue to have trouble with coupon codes (loyal fan) feel free to email us here or contact us at 1.206.402.4855.  Promotional coupons will be announced on our blog, sent to our mailing list, and often posted on social media.  Stay tuned and sign up for our mailing list here .
  • Buy-Sell-Trade
    • Throwbacks Northwest is a buy • sell • trade based store specializing in vintage/retro & deadstock sports wear from the 1980's & 1990’s. We also purchase Supreme, Bape, Palace and Shoes.  Our inventory comes mainly from the public, or “sellers” -- people who bring us their gently used clothing/shoes from their own closets/collections, or whom have gathered clothing to sell to us from their own sources. Our buyers then go through the sellers stock and pull out items we believe will sell through the store. Our selections are based on the basic premise of supply and demand. 
    • We cater mainly to sports fans, urban/streetwear customers and vintage collectors, and our buyers are trained to purchase items that will sell well and sell quickly. Selections are made based on current fashion trends, season, collectable value, and in-store stock. We make our buying decisions much as any individual would go about buying items for themselves. Those decisions are based on how much money we have to spend, how desirable and needed the item is, and how well similar items have sold. The buyers also make their decisions based on the condition of the items. Clothing brought to us must be clean and in good condition. After determining that we are interested in purchasing an item to sell in the store, the buyer will quote the price the item would be priced for. The payment for the clothing is based on this price. The seller has the option of receiving a cash value or store credit.  Cash value is always less then credit.  Another option is consigning the item- however, consigning is reserved for more expensive or unusual items only. Once the price has been determined and the seller is in agreement, the seller is paid in cash or store credit right away, unless the item has been consigned. I
    • The buy • sell • trade process, or bartering is one of the oldest forms of commerce. It is a unique way of doing business involving both the buyer and the seller in the decision making process. If you have vintage sportswear or collectablles  you are not using, why not try to see if you can make some extra cash from it? You may be surprised at the value of some of these goods taking up space or collecting dust.
