- We now offer FREE shipping on all domestic orders over $100.00. CHRISTMAS SHIPPING 2012-For Domestic orders, if you place an order by 11:59pm on the 17h of December you will have your package by the 21st or the 22nd at the absolute latest. All orders are shipped USPS 2-3 day Priority Mail. We offer WORLDWIDE shipping. Orders placed on a business day (Monday-Friday) prior to 12 P.M. Pacific Standard Time will ship the same day, subject to complete verification. Orders placed after 12 P.M. will ship the following business day at the latest, subject to complete verification. Orders processed on the weekend will ship on the next business day (Monday). Business days do not include weekends or US holidays. Shipping times may very for personalized items, custom orders, out of stock/back-order or drop ship items (items shipped directly from the manufacturer or one of our partners). Shipping costs and duration will be chosen by the customer at the time of check out directly from USPS. All rates and delivery dates are guaranteed by USPS. We are not responsible for associated costs or delays in shipping. We do offer FREE local pick-up. You have 7 days from date of purchase to pick up your item(s). After 7 days your item(s) will be forfeited.
- Privacy & Security
- If you purchase a product from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. While making a purchase from Throwbacks NW, you are given the option to create a user name and password. This user name and password functionality offers our customers the ability to quickly and easily proceed through the check out process on repeat visits. We do not store your credit card information as part of this optional service. There is also the option to receive our Email Newsletter updates. If you choose to receive these you should expect weekly HTML newsletter content to arrive at the email address you provided with your purchase. Throwbacks NW and our subsidiaries are the sole owner of the information collected on throwbacksnw.com.
- Returns & Replacements
- Returns will be processed up to 7 days from the date of receipt. If you are unhappy with your item you may return it to us for a full refund in store credit. Returned items must be post marked within 7 day of date of receipt. Cost of shipping will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued in the form of a coupon code. If you are the recipient of a gift, please provide your full name and email address. Returns shipped more than 7 days after date of receipt will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Items returned in any other condition than they were shipped in will also not be accepted and returned to sender. All head wear sales are FINAL. All discounted or sale items are FINAL.

- We've made online shopping easy! Just follow the steps below to locate and purchase your favorite products on our website.
- Search or browse the site to locate the items you want to buy. There are several ways to do this:
Search by keyword or product name in the search box on every page.
Browse through the products on the site by selecting one of the category tabs at the top of the page.
- When you find products you would like to purchase, choose the appropriate quantities, sizes, etc. and click the "Add To Cart" button.
- When you have finished shopping and are ready to checkout, click the "My Cart" button on the right of every page.
- If you are a registered user, log in using your email address and password for faster checkout. If not you may select to check out as a guest.
- Fill in all of the required information on the shipping and billing pages. If you have forgotten to fill in a required field, we will alert you to the area in red text so you can go back and try again. Complete the required field with the
requested information and continue to checkout again.
- Review your order before submitting to verify all of the information is correct and to get your calculated order total.
- Submit the order and print a copy of the Confirmation page for your records. A confirmation email will also be sent containing your order and tracking information to the email address provided during checkout.

If an item sells in the store before we take it off the site, you may not get your item. In that case we will immediately refund your $ in full or give you the option to pick another item of equal or lesser value. - Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We accept most major credit cards and paypal as payment. Promotional pricing is applied to items at the time of check out by way of special coupon codes. We reserve the right to withhold discounts on items for any reason deemed fit. This is most often exercised in the case of consignment items. If you are having trouble with a coupon code it is most likely a non applicable item.
